Equipped with two independent compartments, the ECS31.2Z allows you to store up to 29 bottles under ideal conditions, with individually adjustable temperatures ranging from 5°C to 20°C. This flexibility is perfect for meeting the needs of different types of wines:

• Upper zone (white and rosé wines): capacity of 15 bottles.
• Lower zone (red wines): capacity of 14 bottles.

This dual-zone configuration is ideal for wine enthusiasts who wish to store and serve their bottles at tailored temperatures.

Optimized Management for Enhanced Performance

For optimal operation, the temperature in the upper compartment should always be lower than that of the lower compartment, with a maximum difference of 10°C (for example, 8°C for the upper and 18°C for the lower). These settings can be easily adjusted via the Vinotag app, offering perfectly adapted remote management for preservation needs.
